Its elevation and the combination of the flat lot, the pretty community and the location at a cul-de-sac in a quiet place far from heavy traffic make this home a great peaceful place to live. If you want a pool or a family area you have enough space on the side of the lot at the right side of the house. The open concept on the first floor with the 9′ to 12′ high ceilings make this house look not just warm but modern and spacious. In my opinion… you will love the kitchen, I think is the most beautiful part of this house. Another plus is the big storage space on the second floor.
